Jorge Tirado Tolosa
Co-Founder
Jorge currently serves as a Vice President at Relay Investments, a Boston-based private equity fund specializing in the search fund model.
Before joining Relay, Jorge spent nearly two years at Robinhood Markets, where he led strategic planning and roadmapping initiatives, as well as special projects such as international expansion, verticalization, and the introduction of new products. He began his career at EY-Parthenon, dedicating almost 3.5 years to commercial due diligence for lower middle market private equity firms and corporate growth strategy for Fortune 500 companies.
Jorge holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez. Based in San Juan, he is passionate about connecting with and supporting entrepreneurs and experienced operators.

David Candelario Suarez
Co-Founder
David is the President and Founder of Corcovado Ventures, a Puerto Rico-based consulting firm that supports small businesses in enhancing their operational capabilities and sustainably expanding their local presence.
Prior to founding Corcovado Ventures and Isla Ventures, David spent two years with V2A Consulting, where he served as an Engagement Manager across various projects and industries. His experience also includes working with Accenture's Supply Chain practice based in Chicago, where he provided cross-industry strategic services to clients across North America and the Caribbean.
Known for his empathetic leadership style, David fosters trust and loyalty within his teams and clients, cultivating a collaborative environment that supports long-term success. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez.
